You have picked out your clothes. You finished your workout out 3 days in a row. Throwing your stinky clothes in your regular clothes basket. You come home from work and realize you have created an unwelcomed smell. Welcome to the world of fit people.
If you are new to this game, let me give you some tips.
- Have two clothes hampers/basket. One for your workout clothes and one for regular clothes.
- Always hang your workout clothes to dry before placing on the basket.
- Get used to washing your workout clothes multiple times per week.
This is why the separate workout clothes basket is so important. I pick that basket up and wash all the clothes in it on Tuesday or Wednesday depending on what type of workouts I completed and if I took Sunday as a rest day. I wash again on Friday or Saturday.
